My girls are like night and day! My youngest is kind, calm and has a go with the flow attitude! My oldest is a go big or go home type, driven and passionate! Both girls are being raised with the same values and beliefs, yet each choose to take on the world in different ways. 
This is so true with our clients. Each client will be different. They may share the same values and beliefs, but, may choose to grow their business, run their business and market their business differently. Some may be able to take on a lot more responsibility then another. Some may find value in hiring help, while others would prefer to just tackle a task on their own. Either way, they both want the same outcome. Success.
How we design our business should work around the values and beliefs of each individual client. We should listen to what they are saying they need, how they want to fix it and how they want to grow. This is how we build authentic relationships.
Part of my journey as an Administrative Support Specialist is to hear what my clients are saying, act on it and solve their problem. That is the passion behind what I do.
