Not following through….

I have a great example of this…
I needed a few renovations done at our office so I reached out to a local contractor whom I had met through a networking group. I reached out and booked a time for him to come take a peek at the space and give me a quote. That was all fine and dandy, except, the quote never came. I had to follow up and still the quote never came.
What do you think is my impression of this company now?
You guessed it… if they can not follow through with a quote, what kind of service do they provide?
Now here’s the other catch… a few days later I was asked if I knew anyone that did local renovations. What do you think my response was? I’ll leave that up to your imagination.
If you do not have a good follow through process in place you are likely leaving money on the table, not to mention your reputation.
