One thing that has been very helpful for me over the years has been organizing my budget and bills. This is one of the tips I provide my clients during coaching but I wanted to share it with you today because I think it can be very valuable for anyone struggling with finances.
Bills This Month
1) Print off this calendar

2) Record all the bills that are due that month on the date they are due
3) If possible, have all your bills automatically withdrawn from your bank account – Tip: try to be 1 month ahead on bill payments each month (carry a running balance)
4) Check off the bill payment each month it’s been withdrawn from your account
This is the simplest way to build and manage a budget and it’s visual so you can see it a month in advance, you can plan for it ahead of time and be prepared should something change.
This is also a great way to look at expenses you might be able to cut back on, things you may no longer need but are still being withdrawn from your account and you can create a budget (income coming in vs expenses going out) a month in advance.
This is a very basic approach to managing bills and money, it may not be effective for everyone and is only a suggestion based upon my personal experience.
